Hope & Graze Catering

Hope & Graze was founded in 2020, as a direct result of Covid-19 hitting the hospitality industry hard, rendering a lot of us redundant from our jobs. 

I have been in the hospitality and catering industry within Eastbourne for over fourteen years and my evergrowing passion for creating wonderful events filled with beautiful aesthetics and interesting new themes lead me to create my bespoke Catering service company, Hope & Graze.

We specialise in creative grazing tables, bespoke graze platters, boxes and much more. We are happy to talk through any ideas you might have for your catering creation, and are more than happy to take corporate orders around Eastbourne and as far as Brighton, Hastings and more!

We can create bespoke platters for events such as baby showers, gender reveals, birthday or engagement parties, intimate get togethers and what ever you feel like celebrating with loved ones.

In the name of supporting small local businesses, Hope & Graze have teamed up with GB Bakes for most of our limited edition bakes, as well as being the preferred Catering service for local event spaces, such as The Foundry in the Eastbourne Beacon centre, as well as some Wedding venues. 

As a small business, we have worked hard to create an ethical and responsible brand that is dedicated to sustainably sourcing local produce and biodegradable packaging where possible. By supporting our business we would appreciate you disposing of any compostable or recyclable waste where applicable. 

We can source unique and thoughtful gifts  to add a personal touch to your order.
